Sometimes, we hold tightly to something familiar: an identity, a relationship, belief, or routine, even if it no longer aligns.

This is not about weakness. It’s about safety. Not knowing what’s next makes it hard to commit, even if you’re uncomfortable now. Your nervous system may be stuck in freeze, waiting for a sense of direction or reassurance that never fully comes.

Oftentimes, indecision is rooted in self-doubt. You may not trust your inner resources, fear being wrong, or worry what others will think. Your inner critic is louder than your inner guide right now, but that can shift.

  2. Use social media to your advantage: follow 5 accounts that support your values, and unfollow 5 that don’t.

  3. Imagine an average day, where you follow your values and you are surrounded by those that agree with those values. Just take in how that feels in your body to experience it, and savor.
