Go into your daily landscape, wherever that may be. Notice what being: a rock, a tree, a bush, a flower, a whole scenic area- attracts your attention. This being has now chosen you. Take a moment to accept this and allow yourself to be gravitated, curious even, about this being. Visit this being in meditative thought every day. There is no time limit, but do grant yourself as much time as you need to slow down and notice how it impacts your view of others throughout the day, the relationships you are involved in, and your life perspective.
