Ecotherapy shows us that as much as we may feel disconnected from ourselves (i.e. not knowing what you truly want), we are mostly disconnected from our purpose with nature. These sessions serve as a motif and focal point for meditation, and the surroundings give us a sense of calm to clear our minds, as we become a wise guide for ourselves.
