I use a variety of different interventions, including Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which is empirically found to be effective with trauma symptoms, including symptoms of depression and anxiety. Talk therapy is not dead: we all need another person's consciousness and response to their thoughts in order to get a clearer perspective on our lives. The type of therapy I offer is very specific to the individual with whom I serve/work. You could say it is "client-centered". You will be met with compassion, extensive training & genuinity. We will laugh together & dive into the topics you bring to each session so you can be a more confident and capable person.
